In May 2013, we offered our first Chocolate & Wine Pairing event which was a great success.  These are some of the pairing suggestions recommended by our knowledgeable Sommelier that we enjoyed that evening.  Give them a try and let us know what you think.  Or experiment with your own tastings – remember that as a general rule, the wine should be sweeter than the chocolate you are pairing it with.
